The 2009 Bandolero season is now underway.  We built a brand new car for this year.  On may 16 at Ukiah speedway marked Hunters 3^rd bandolero race ever.

Hunter qualified 2^nd fast and went into the heat race with confidence.  He came from the back of the pack to win his heat race.  Next he ran the trophy dash.  Hunter finished 2^nd.

In the main event, Hunter had to start in the back of the field again.  He did an awesome job working his way through the field to second.  Hunter was all over the leader searching the high side and the low side of the track to find his way around the leader.  With three laps to go, Hunter got under the leader.  They both raced hard into turn 3 where Hunter out braked him going in.  He went on to win the race.
